For Today...
August 25, 2008
Outside my Window...
Darkness. I was gone all day so am late posting.
I am thinking...
I should be in bed : )
I am thankful for...
as my doctor put it - a boringly normal mammogram
From the kitchen...
Lots of cooking this week, doubling recipes for freezer meals
I am wearing...
pj's
I am reading...
When Did I Stop Being Barbie & Become Mrs. Potato Head? by Mary Pierce and The Excellent Wife by Martha Peace
I am hoping...
Allan's second day as a college Freshman is awesome and that he likes all of his professors (he didn't like one today ; )
I am hearing...
it's very quiet - everyone's in bed; the cuckoo clock ticking
Around the house...
a little bit of pick up to do in the morning
One of my favorite things...
movies with Rach
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...
today was BUSY - I was only home about 1 1/2 hours between 8:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. so I am thankful the rest of the week is pretty normal - school, ballet, church, quiet weekend at home.
Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you...

I was even later than you were! (And I was home most of the day...:))
"Boringly normal" can be a very wonderful thing. I'm glad to hear that!
And I still can't believe Allan is in college! I was listening to bits and pieces of Hannah T.'s first day yesterday and realizing it will just be a blink of an eye until mine are there. :-O
Hope the rest of your week is wonderful! :)
